At the age of 15,
while recording a radio commercial for one of his
concerts, Bill realized an interest in broadcasting after
a local radio station offered him a job as an
announcer. From there he moved into management,
marketing and sales at radio and television stations in
New Mexico, North Dakota, Texas, Tennessee and Missouri.
During his broadcasting career he also served as Chief
News Anchor and investigative reporter for a CBS
television affiliate in Chattanooga, Tennessee and was a
Disc Jockey at the legendary KXOL Radio in Ft. Worth,
Texas.

Who Holds Tomorrow” to 8 year old Leann Rimes, which she later
recorded on her top selling inspirational CD. Her
recording of this song was nominated for the Dove Award in
1998. It was on the Country Music Revue Stage where Rimes
began performing along with The Brooks Brothers and honed her
talents.
From 1990 through 1994, Bill was Director of
Marketing for Kingdom Development Company where he was
responsible for the development and implementation of all
sales, marketing and box office activity for the start up of
The Promise, a spectacular musical performed in the Texas
Amphitheatre in Glen Rose, Texas.
Beginning in 1989, and for the next five years Bill also worked
for the legendary Bob Hope as Producer of Charity Events.
These events featured such stars as Garth Brooks, Ronnie Milsap
and Barbara Mandrell. In addition, Bill coordinated with
American Airlines to produce 3-day pro/am golfing events for
Mr. Hope. In 1994 Bill was Master of Ceremonies during
preliminary judging of the Miss Universe Pageant in Las Vegas
